You see, in the old historical wars for all countries, diversity was the main goal for mankind. Human rights were not yet existent, which caused wars and oppression. Nobles preferred their status over the citizens, creating inequality and tormenting people, so communism came as an introduction that all civilians should share the same equality and values.

Each individual varies in their experience, personal goals, and ambitions. This variety between individuals creates diversity, though on a rarer scale than complete diversity between us as humans. It is also important to remember that humans are already clones, as we are all one race.
[Declaration]
The current world we live in, civilians are forgetting that they have the right to remove a president or two when their politics fail or put the country at a disadvantage, but that doesn't mean the president has the right to stay in office. This is what we call sociability, and what opposes it with little shared conceptions is communism.
[Remainder]
We have two terms that have been in political warfare and personal arguments regarding whether sociability or communism is the best. Sociability serves a lot of communism conceptions. However, sociability has started to be seen as an ill-mannered attitude and attention until there have been a lot of occurrences of social phobia. As social phobia indicates fear of losing the sociability meanwhile sociability creates jealousy, hatred and stress to abuse or bully or control individuals or lie or steal or mess reputations of others. Even resolve to violence and utter motives to take lives.
[Comparison]
Sociability was all about voting and volunteering for what the public prefers most. Anyone with a good reputation, the most votes, and a cause could influence anything in this world, as people were voting for that individual to take the rule. As it was the best solution for eliminating world wars, it was also the downfall for the principles and dignity that mankind was ever privileged to have.
Was Sociability important?
Indeed, when it concerned working fields or indications of elections. However, it was a complete failure as it would lead to social-phobia when used ridiculously for fame and popularity, as it would force the majority to submit to one's influence without freedom of speech, except at elections. Therefore, it has never worked well until today with media communities. Communism was all about sharing everything, as one would earn equally. That way, it would eliminate the diversity and put humans to focus on productivity for the whole society. The personal hatred and ill manner were all eliminated, but only stayed with few individuals who encouraged diversity to eliminate communism from within the roots and dedicate themselves to dictatorship or sociability.
Was a community which shared the same goal deemed as a common interest for the majority?
A community full of people with one interest was another kind of common interest. It was like one was looking for those who needed them to approach them, so they could develop something bigger together, as they were stuck at the same place. One would lead the majority by one example with like-minded individuals. Therefore, it only worked when establishing media communities.
[Conclusion]
Human personalities vary greatly between individuals of mankind and this should be the diversity that makes one rare in society. It is not the systems that measure, assume and determine the best treatment and standards humans should abide by. Rather, it is the personality and leadership that represent and dictate what kind of society it is and what it will become in the most predictable or anticipated images of the future. Systems are only required to organize and coordinate the units and citizens in accordance to their understanding, and to facilitate massive operations. However, the result only measures what system is best for humans and not forced upon them. This should only be done with consent and not through personal or individual takes or assumptions or aspirations or self-considerations of themselves or others.
