Redox is a very neat mech. Redox is so agile in movement and body rotation. Redox can handle horizontal shooting weapons like missile rack or long arms. Redox can supply up to 32 energy max. If you get Redox it is preferable to be with real cash over 10-20 dollars on 3/4 stars. It is not hard to rank it up to 4 stars since you are offered one blueprint per level to upgrade and you will need few months to get it at 5 stars or 6 stars with free grinding. Redox is not for eager people. It is for steady, slow and addict players who are insanely playing the game and in no time they will all acquire all blueprints.

4- Give a brief summary about your situation including the ID and nick of the culprit you may report for violation

Now that you have completed the report then click submit. Congratulations! You have created full report!

Will Plarium take action?

They always do when it comes to ban issues but they won't be your developers you expect them to be. They are not the ones who can fix the game issues instead you have to wait until they update the game. The game issues won't be fixed right away but they are subject to their updates. That is what they say.

Can I use official discord support?

It is up to you but typically you cannot. The moderators are ineffective, they may cheat you for your request that it has been reported to support or staff when it is not. They don't follow their obligation 100% of the time. They will only start wording for you the spells of convenience

1. Crate rush will include roulette system with 10% chance for each time you start it. It will contain paid content like "weapons or mechs" only the premium players can access
2. Derby event might be provided to get tokens for free through accolade challenge or other relevant event.
3. They provide token sales for purchasing around 10 dollar or less per token and crate rush may offer 10 items in total or more which means 100 dollar at best.
4. Once the event is over after a whole month you get the same item they are releasing on flash deals for a darn 5-10 dollars rather than 100 dollars plus specialization spree to encourage you to purchase it on flash deals.
5. After few months or a year it gets released or rather accessible for free on EXP bar and inventory. Like how your default items look like such as panther or long arms 8.

If you are able to play other games with different DNS and the same required OS version, then the issue may be on their side. If you are stuck on the loading screen or experiencing a black screen, you may want to try the previous solution. You may experience black screen on PC version. The solution is simply to erase the registry key folder named "game" and Re-launch the game after re-installation. To do so run regedit.exe from run and search up term "netmarble" so the entire path must be like this:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Netmarble Corp\sololvA\gameRemember to export the registry key and back it up just in case. The issue may not be from registry always. It might be your graphic cards so consider updating your drivers or upgrading the graphic cards or lower the game graphic settings if you have access to it.
