Food / Fried fish

Ingredients:

any amount of fish fillets (any type of fish)
spice for fishes
lemon
1 cup of wheat flour
3/4 cup of fat for frying: sunflower oil or even better clarified butter


How to prepare:

1. Rinse the fish under running water (if you use frozen, first defrost them completely slowly in the fridge). Thoroughly wipe dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with lemon juice and let stand for 15 minutes. Again, thoroughly wipe dry (thanks to this, the fish meat will quickly fry from the top and will not soak with oil, as well as it will not spray during frying and will not stick to the pan. Salt from all sides.

2. Pour the flour into a large plate. Bread the fish on both sides, then shake off the excess flour - it should cover the fish with a thin, even layer (thanks to that the coating will be crispy and not very caloric).

3. Add fat to the pan - it should cover it with a layer about 1/2 cm thick. Heat strongly (bubbles should appear immediately around the piece of potato thrown in) and fry the pieces of fish on it for 3-4 minutes on each side until the coating turns golden (frying time depends on the type and thickness of the fish).

4. Fried fish put on a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess fat.

5. Serve with bread or chips and a quarter lemon.

Food / Rice with tomato sauce and fish

Ingredients:

2 fish fillets (any type of fish)
spice for fishes
1 egg
rice (any type of rice you prefer)
tomatoes/tomato sauce for spaghetti
beans
3 spoons of oil
salt and black pepper
bread crumbs


How to prepare:

1. Prepare cold water in pot then add 1 spoon of salt in it and leave it to boil. In meanwhile wash rice then let it dry a little. Once water in the pot start to boil then put rice into it, decrease fire under pot then let it cook around 15 minutes under pot lid.

2. Arrange 2 plates then on the first one break the egg and beat it together with fish spice until it becomes sticky liquid, on the second plate prepare bread crumbs. Once you have prepared both plates then take your fish fillets one after another to first plate and make it covered in egg liquid then cover it in bread crumbs in second plate. Wash your hands then prepare frying pan and add 3 spoons of oil on it then heat the oil and start frying fishes afterwards.

3. Once 15 minutes pass prepare colander, put it inside the sink then carefully with gloves on that protect hands from heat take the pot with rice and put the rice into colander and pour cold water on the it to let it cool off, then leave it to dry.

4. In another pot put tomato sauce for spaghetti to heat it and you can mix salt and black pepper with it for taste.

5. Once everything is ready put rice in bowl then pour over it tomato sauce, put fishes on separate plate and add beans to little bowl. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

shrimps (4-5 per sandwich)
sandwiches
onion
tomato

How to prepare:

1. Remove shells from shrimps and add around 5 to a sandwich
2. Add slices of onion to the sandwich
3. Add slices of tomato to the sandwich
4. Finally add the spice

Note:
if you wish to use mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise then we do not add tomato nor the spices

Ingredients:

3 center-cut bacon slices cut into 1/2-inch pieces
8 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 cup chopped onion
5 celery stalks chopped
5 large carrots chopped
2 leeks trimmed and chopped
1/3 cup white wine
4 1/2 cups unsalted chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup cake flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1/4-1/2 cup milk

How to prepare:

1. Cook bacon in an 8-quart Dutch oven over medium-low heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan with a slotted spoon; reserve 1 tablespoon bacon drippings.

2. Increase heat to medium-high. Add 4 thighs to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until thighs are browned. Remove from pan. Repeat procedure with remaining thighs.

3. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion and celery, cook 5 minutes or until onion is golden. Add carrots and leeks; cook 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Stir in wine; cook 1 minute, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Add stock, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and browned chicken to pan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Remove chicken from pan; shred into large pieces. Return shredded meat and cooked bacon to pan; stir in pepper.

5. Meanwhile, prepare dumplings. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or your fingers until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add herbs.
Add milk, a little bit at a time, until just moist but not too wet. Dough will be sticky.

6. Drop tablespoon sized balls of dough over the top of the chicken mixture; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until dumplings are thoroughly cooked.

Ingredients:

Breasts of chicken cleansed from bones
0.25 cup of lemon juice
4 cloves of fine crushed garlic
0.5 spoon of dried thyme
Salt and black pepper
1 pickle
0.5 Suspended Spice Spears
1 seed of hot green pepper
2 spoons of olive oil

How to prepare:

1. Wash breasts of chicken very well and make use of a little salty water and stay for period of half hour then uplift it like pane chicken.

2. In dish put lemon juice, onion and thyme, chicken, salt, spices, pepper, oil and mix them together very well and after this put the breasts of chicken in the mix and mix it again well and leave it for at least 3 hours.

3. Turn on the electro grill and squeeze chicken pieces and barbecue it on two sides until it's fried.

4. Then we offer it with fried rice egg and green salad.

Ingredients:

1 jar of pasta
3-5 olives
1 chicken breast
spaghetti noddles

How to prepare:

1. Boil water for spaghetti noddles then put them in once water starts boiling for 7-10 minutes then after this cool off noddles in cold water. BE CAUTIOUS TO NOT HARM YOUR HANDS WHILE DOING SO.

2. Wash chicken breast then slice it into pieces and fry these slices on frying pan using oil and any spices you like.

3. Heat pasta from jar in another pan for 5-7 minutes.

4. Put noddles into dish, put pasta on it then cut olives into pieces and decorate your spaghetti. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

Cup and half of normal rice
quarter cup of peas
green or any color of pepper
pieces of chicken breast
little onion
spice of the mix you love
carrot cutted into little pieces

How to prepare:

1. In bowl you mix onion and pepper and after 5 minutes we drop pieces of chicken and mix it.

2. After this we put peas and after 5 minutes we put the rice and mix it then after this we put soup or water until it absorbs the water we calm the fire until it's fried and of course we don't forget about mixing it with spices.

Ingredients:

A cup of roasted sesame
Half cup of white flour or wheat
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Half cup of vegetable oil, whether it is corn oil or sesame oil

How to prepare:

1. Grease the sesame in the electric mixer after it is cleaned and roasted well.

2. Mix the ground sesame with the flour and their hearts well, then put the mixture in the blender again, and start adding the oil gradually to the mixture in the form of a fine oil thread.

3. Bake the sesame mixture for three to five minutes, or until it is smooth and homogenous, and ensure that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

4. If the mixture is more free than you want, add a little oil. If the mixture is soft and you want to add it, add a little flour, so you get the tahini you want.

5. After making the tahini, place it in glass cans to save it.

Ingredients:

Tabula:
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 teaspoons cumin
2 tsp. salt

The Sauce:
1/2 kg tomato juice
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. oil

How to prepare:

1. The fish shall be cooked. Add all the spices and leave for one hour.

2. Cover the fish with flour, brown with hot oil.

3. To prepare the sauce, squeeze the tomatoes and add all the ingredients. Put them in pan and boil. Place the reddish fish for 10 minutes, and place it in the oven.

Ingredients:

0.5 kg cow sausage
1 onion
Tomatoes
red and yellow pepper
2 clove of garlic
Spaghetti noodles

How to prepare:

1. Cut sausage and put it on frying pan for 2-5 minutes.

2. Cut the onion into small pieces and place on the sausage.

3. Crush garlic cloves and place them on the sausage and onion and then put the pepper on them.

4. Squeeze tomatoes and put tomato juice on the sausage.

5. Decorate dish with parsley.
