Miseries are an unavoidable part of life and no one is immune from them, but they serve a purpose in teaching us valuable lessons. To ensure that our mental health does not suffer from these experiences, there are several measures we can take. Casually, we can take medical mental pills to help us cope, avoid stress by avoiding negative sources, and find an occupation that we enjoy. More brutally, we can strengthen ourselves mentally by reading horrific news stories or viewing intense media shows, such as anime. We can also stand up to negative sources and create solutions to prevent them from affecting us again. Finally, we can increase our knowledge by reading religious texts and studying philosophy. By taking these measures, we can effectively prepare ourselves for any misfortunes that life throws our way, allowing us to become stronger both mentally and emotionally.
