  • Anyone can scam anyone for the sake of scam in MMO fields. Like Perfect world international aka twilight temple server, you tend to find less than half of the server proclaimed the innocence of the whole server's population when they are not connected to each other except by faction network and discord servers. The point wasn't only stealing in-game currency like coins but committing the scam to be scammer and become the center of attention. It was too appealing for the players to be thieves to justify their lack of attention and ego. It wasn't for the loots at all. It was for meager the attention of it. After a social experiment Our Lords tried to see a fashion seller who could trade with them wraithtouched fashion full red set for a good in-game coins. However, a new seller messaged our Lords for an appealing offer. The seller wanted to trade The full black High Admiral fashion under the claim of being dyed with black pigment when it was actually a fixed and default color which cannot be dyed at all! Complete insensitivity and scandal. He was rich enough to fund himself with the game content yet he didn't comply to say the truth and traded it out for the sake of scamming. For such example you have to realize that the server wasn't innocent. If one small scam occurs like that and multiple other entities capable of doing the same then the server definitely wasn't innocent. In fact the whole population was actually full of scammers. Never approach trades unless you are 100% sure of their confidentiality and never rely on support for such cases because they wouldn't help you anyway since developer allowed system flaw to exist to begin with.
