Ingredients:2 cups of rice, drenched
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tomatoes, minced
1 chicken broth cube + some drops (of your liking) of Maggie
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of mixed spices
2 tablespoon of salt, mashed
How to prepare:1. Put oil on the frying pan and add chopped onion and stir well until it wilted then add garlic and chopped tomatoes and continue to stir well.
2. Add the chicken broth cube and rice to onions and tomatoes and stir them well, then season with black pepper, cumin, spices and salt.
3. Add the water to the mixture until it is submerged, then mix until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave the rice until it is cooked.
