Ingredients:A cup of roasted sesame
Half cup of white flour or wheat
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Half cup of vegetable oil, whether it is corn oil or sesame oil
How to prepare:1. Grease the sesame in the electric mixer after it is cleaned and roasted well.
2. Mix the ground sesame with the flour and their hearts well, then put the mixture in the blender again, and start adding the oil gradually to the mixture in the form of a fine oil thread.
3. Bake the sesame mixture for three to five minutes, or until it is smooth and homogenous, and ensure that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
4. If the mixture is more free than you want, add a little oil. If the mixture is soft and you want to add it, add a little flour, so you get the tahini you want.
5. After making the tahini, place it in glass cans to save it.
