Ingredients:2 fish fillets (any type of fish)
spice for fishes
1 egg
rice (any type of rice you prefer)
tomatoes/tomato sauce for spaghetti
beans
3 spoons of oil
salt and black pepper
bread crumbs
How to prepare:1. Prepare cold water in pot then add 1 spoon of salt in it and leave it to boil. In meanwhile wash rice then let it dry a little. Once water in the pot start to boil then put rice into it, decrease fire under pot then let it cook around 15 minutes under pot lid.
2. Arrange 2 plates then on the first one break the egg and beat it together with fish spice until it becomes sticky liquid, on the second plate prepare bread crumbs. Once you have prepared both plates then take your fish fillets one after another to first plate and make it covered in egg liquid then cover it in bread crumbs in second plate. Wash your hands then prepare frying pan and add 3 spoons of oil on it then heat the oil and start frying fishes afterwards.
3. Once 15 minutes pass prepare colander, put it inside the sink then carefully with gloves on that protect hands from heat take the pot with rice and put the rice into colander and pour cold water on the it to let it cool off, then leave it to dry.
4. In another pot put tomato sauce for spaghetti to heat it and you can mix salt and black pepper with it for taste.
5. Once everything is ready put rice in bowl then pour over it tomato sauce, put fishes on separate plate and add beans to little bowl. Enjoy your meal!
