Account Transfer
Q: How to move account from Android to PC Plarium Play on windows? Clear caches via APK on android assuming the fact you have been trying the binding process but no avail to failure and to do so, you must head to profile then connections and from there the binding process begins.
Binding Process
1.Bind Google play or Facebook account to Plarium account on Android. Your account should look like this at the very beginning. The checkmarks are your guide that you have actually logged in.
Verification Process
2.Open mobile and login using Plarium account to verify that you actually have it registered. You must also check if google play or Facebook are logged in too at the same time after Plarium account login make sure that all have the same Checkmark.
Backing-up Process
3.On windows login Plarium account on Plarium Play PC using the very same Plarium account from Android. After that make sure to ink every other account possible to secure your login from hacks.

Connection is not private but usable and stable for games:

Connection is private and Laggy sometimes but usable when first DNS is of no more for game play in certain days:

Account Update
Q: How to fix the launcher failure of Plarium Play on PC? The task is simple. You need to kill the process which is looming around on windows by task manager and relaunch everything. It might be server update or connection latency issues that game client fails to update so you need to wait like a day to make the game work. The last fix you can apply is to remove the whole launcher and game client to re-do clean installation. Why is it happening? Assume that Mech Arena is a browser web based game. To be played cross platform, one must pay the expense of that with patience. Each time they commence update they assign new ID key to the launcher and once the launcher finds the ID key outdated it will never launch the game unless you renew by complete re-sinstallion.

Q: How to report to Plarium support directly using in-game support ticket system? The official Mech Arena discord is not a bright place to send your suggestions at.
The most effective way is to go profile -> connections -> support -> start a ticket & select feedback.
Never rely on official discord for Mech Arena for the following reasons are:
A) Official Mech Arena discord is not the place to do any chatting or chill or jokes or even offense or suggestions or debates. B) You just do nothing as you join there. If you do anything, you will be punished, tormented, humiliated, hated and disregarded. C) Criticism is always shutdown in their discord by haters, mockers and offenders and if you retaliate, you will be banned.
B) How to report to Plarium support directly without using in-game support ticket system?
1- Use this link to start new ticket https://plrm.me/arena_support 2- Select the issue you started ticket for and fill in the email address you use for your account in email bar 3- Create title relevant to your subject of reporting 4- Give a brief summary about your situation including the ID and nick of the culprit you may report for violation 5- Provide your in-game ID 6- Provide footage and screenshot if you have [A must have]

Will Plarium take action? They always do when it comes to ban issues but they won't be your developers you expect them to be. They are not the ones who can fix the game issues instead you have to wait until they update the game. The game issues won't be fixed right away but they are subject to their updates.
Can I use official discord support? It is up to you but typically you cannot. The moderators are ineffective. They don't follow their obligation 100% of the time. They will only start wording for you the spells of convenience.
