Disc launchers requires a high skill ratio to master and its not very beginner friendly.You should really not use it unless you are dedicated to spend much time and resources upon the game.

Requirements:

1) You need at least maxed epic Disc Launcher Radius implant (much investment needed)
2) You have to use 6 Star Pilot to use max Disc Launcher Radius Epic (much investment needed)
3) You need epic or legendary damage implant over lvl 5 (much investment needed)
4) You need Rank 5 disc launchers (if Disc stars are low so the Radius is lower)
5) You to have total 7500 acoins for the Disc Launcher 12
6) Disc Launcher 16 is inaccessible but purchasable with real money

Hints:

1) Disc Launchers will do low damage if not used correctly.
2) Much time is required to unlock Disc Launcher due of being at end tier of progress path
3) You will require either rosa/neymar/stefania to use.
4) You may need Legendary disc launcher reload implant [OPTIONAL & NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET]
